Canon 40
Overview
This canon orders the deposition of anyone who introduces falsely written heretical books into the church as holy Scripture in order to lead clergy and people astray.
1Commandment 40. If anyone presents books falsely written by heretics and brings them into the church as holy Scriptures, in order to ensnare the people and the priests, he shall be deposed.
