Canon 41
Overview
This canon addresses an accusation of sexual or other improper conduct and bars a convicted person from the priesthood.
1Commandment 41. Concerning a priest against whom an accusation of fornication or another offense is brought. If an accusation is made against a believer for fornication, adultery, or another improper deed, and he is convicted, he shall not be one of the priests.
