Canon 30

1Abṭelis, 30. If a priest opposes a bishop because of a false accusation, or a known sin, or a command he does not desire, or if he rebels against the bishop, let him be cast out from the day of his birth, for he is pure and faithful, and the bishop has been proven. If he makes a schism for himself, and brings people, and divides the church into two parts, let him be cast out of the church of God, for he has loved his own name and abandoned the command of the bishop, and he has become a schismatic. Let them judge him and do this to him, and to all who are gathered with him from the presbyters and deacons, and all the priests who follow him. Let the heretics be ashamed of them, except for the error. Let this one, from the rest of the bishops, be confirmed for his faithful priests and people, and let them gather before their rulers, for a year, and two, and three, so that they may not do and not inherit according to their actions. And if they do not hear him, let him be among them.
