Canon 16
Overview
This canon orders the removal of an untrustworthy minister whose conduct causes doubt and contention within the church.
1Command.
2If there is anyone in the ministry of the church who sows doubt through his ministry, who is not trusted in it, and in whom they place no confidence concerning it, let them remove him from his office. For he is neither faithful nor good in his ministry, but only leads others and himself astray, because God does not desire contention.
