Canon 46
Overview
This canon states that a heretic who has abandoned all his possessions for the sake of idolatry, and has forsaken the fear of God and His commandments, is to be removed from his office.
1Abṭelis, Canon 46: And just as a heretic who has abandoned all his possessions for the sake of idolatry, and has forsaken the fear of God and His commandments, is to be removed from his office, so also he who does not obey the command of the bishop is to be removed from his office.
