Overview
This canon mandates the removal of any bishop, priest, or deacon who has stolen from the poor or neglected their duty, unless they repent and make restitution.
1Abṭelis, Canon 42: If there is a bishop, or a priest, or a deacon who has stolen from the poor, or who has neglected his duty, let him be removed from his office, unless he repents and makes restitution.
