Canon 41
Overview
This canon prescribes the removal from office of any bishop, priest, or deacon who has been baptized by heretics or who refuses to receive communion from the orthodox, emphasizing the incompatibility of heresy with the Church.
1Abṭelis, Canon 41: If there is a bishop, or a priest, or a deacon who has been baptized by heretics, or who does not receive communion from them, let him be removed from his office, for there is no middle ground between Christ and Satan, and they do not give to the heathen the same as to the heretic, nor to the heretic the same as to the orthodox.
