Canon 11
Overview
This canon stipulates that if a person who has been deposed or excommunicated due to a known sin refuses to participate in prayer or is summoned to their house for a meal, they are to be expelled and abandoned.
1Abṭelis, 11. If a man who does not offer the Eucharist on account of a known sin upon him has been deposed, and does not participate in prayer, or if he is summoned into his house for a meal, let him be expelled and abandoned.
