1I saw the murderers and those who conspired with them thrown into a certain narrow place full of evil snakes. They were struck by those creatures and turned back and forth in that punishment. Worms, like clouds of darkness, afflicted them.

2The souls of those who had been murdered stood watching the punishment of their murderers and said, “O God, your judgment is just.”
