Canon 74

1Abṭelis, 84. One should not seek to ordain a bishop who is blind, or deaf, or lame, or mutilated, or who is possessed by an unclean spirit. For he is not able to teach, which is not permitted from the ranks of the angels, and he stands by the command of the church and the command of the priesthood.
