Overview
This canon mandates that a priest who castrates himself after ordination be expelled from the church for three years, as he is considered an enemy to his own life and has killed his own head.
1Abṭelis, 22. If a priest castrates himself after ordination, let him be expelled from the name of the priesthood, and let him be expelled from the house of the church for three years. For he is an enemy to his own life, and he has killed his own head.
