Canon 29
Overview
This commandment requires priests and appointed officials to fulfill their assigned work, obey their superiors, and be appointed justly rather than through sinful means.
1Commandment. Priests.
2Priests and appointed officials shall not hold back from the work they were commanded to do, nor shall they transgress the command of those who elevated them to command and rebuke. Appoint them according to what is proper and just, not in a way that incurs sin and [qəśta] and becomes a burden upon him.
