1Canon 19. Concerning one rightly deposed from among the clergy.

2If a bishop, presbyter, or deacon has been rightly deposed because of a sin that became known, and then dares to approach and take up the ministry that was formerly his in the earlier days, let him be removed entirely from the Church.
