Overview
This commandment specifies how many bishops are required for episcopal ordination and who may ordain other ministers.
1Commandment 1. Concerning how many bishops should be present at the ordination of a bishop.
2A bishop shall be ordained by two or three bishops. A presbyter, deacon, and all other ordained ministers shall be ordained by one bishop alone.
