Overview
This canon addresses when readers and singers may marry in relation to their appointment.
1Canon 17.
2And again, as for the other appointed ministers—those who are readers and singers—when they enter the priesthood and desire marriage, let them marry. We command only them, while they are readers, to marry; but this shall not be allowed to them after they have been appointed.
