Fragment 20

1This is what will come on the day of judgment upon those who have fallen away from faith in God and have committed sin: floods of fire will be released. Darkness and obscurity will rise and clothe and veil the whole world. The waters will be changed and turned into coals of fire, and everything in them will burn, and the sea will become fire. Beneath heaven there will be a sharp fire that cannot be quenched, flowing to fulfill the judgment of wrath. The stars will be shattered by flames of fire, as though they had never been created. The powers of heaven will pass away for lack of water and will be as though they had never existed. Heaven will turn to lightning, and its lightning flashes will frighten the world. The spirits of the dead bodies will also be like them and will become fire at the command of God.
