Canon 61
Overview
This canon forbids clergy and laypersons from attending Jewish synagogues or heretical places of worship for prayer or healing, prescribing deposition and expulsion.
1Abṭelis, 61. If a priest or a layperson enters the synagogue of the Jews for prayer, or the church of the heretics, so that he may pray within it or be healed by its blessing, let him be deposed from his rank and expelled from the church.
